RESERVATION & REFUND POLICIES
We look forward to hosting you at Grayson's at Goodstone. To ensure we can provide an exceptional, estate-driven dining experience for all our guests, we have established the following guidelines for bookings and cancellations.
Reservation Policy
We highly recommend securing your table in advance. You can easily book your reservation online through our website or by contacting our hospitality team directly. For larger groups of 6 or more guests, please call us (540-687-3333) so we can properly prepare for your party and ensure your comfort. We require a valid credit card on file to hold reservations for all parties.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or adjust your reservation, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice. This gives us the opportunity to welcome other guests to the table. Cancellations made past this window may incur a cancellation fee of [HOW MUCH?] per person, charged to the card on file.
Late Arrivals
We hold your table for a grace period of 15 minutes past your scheduled reservation time. If you anticipate arriving late, please call us (540-687-3333) to let us know. We will always do our best to accommodate you, but if we do not hear from you within the grace period, we may need to release your table to waiting guests.
No-Show Policy
When guests do not arrive for their reserved table without prior notice, it greatly impacts our daily farm harvest and kitchen preparations. Guests who fail to show up for their reservation will incur a no-show fee of [HOW MUCH?] per person.
Private Dining and Special Events
We love celebrating milestones with our guests. For private dining, holiday menus, and large special events, we require a deposit of [HOW MUCH?] to secure your booking. Because these events require significant preparation, we ask for a 7 day notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made within this window will forfeit the deposit.
Refund Policy
If we charge a cancellation, no-show, or deposit fee in error, please contact our team immediately so we can make it right. We process all approved refunds directly back to the original method of payment. You can expect to see the funds return to your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Gift Cards and Prepaid Experiences
Please note that all Grayson's at Goodstone gift cards and tickets for special prepaid culinary events are final sale. We cannot offer refunds on these purchases, though we are happy to help you transfer prepaid event tickets to a furture event if you cannot attend.
